The Knight Adapter Head System is very economical and one step above the tie-on system. The adapter can be constructed of Polypropylene, carbon steel, or stainless steel, and is easily installed in gravity or other open filtering setups.

The Knight Adapter Head is designed to screw onto any standard pipe thread and uses a snap ring filter bag which slips over the adapter for quick, secure bag attachment.

In position, the snap ring holds the filter bag completely open so that 100% of the bag area is used for filtration. There is no gathering at the top of the bag as with a tie-on system.
